The product
Ratecard UK helps UK sole traders put a job, rates and VAT on one page, then download a PDF or copy WhatsApp text. It does not file VAT, keep books, or bind you or the customer as a contract.
Free quotes
Three free quotes per browser. No account required. Data stays in this browser. PDFs are made on your device.
Pro
Pro is £19 one-off (or a Workshop payment of £149), paid through Stripe Payment Links. You must sign in. The licence is stored against your account (user id + Stripe session id). It is not a subscription. Quotes still do not sync to the server.
Refunds
7 days if Pro did not unlock after a successful payment — email ratecarduk@proton.me from the signup address with your Stripe receipt. If Pro unlocked and you are using it, no refund for change of mind.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of quotes you send, VAT treatment, and any personal data you type about customers. Download a backup if you may clear this browser.
